Card not detecting after restart

When Card not detected on Slave or Main PC:

1. Connect to JTAG port -- hot swap is ok here

2. Run driver as admin

3. Uninstall Driver

4. Restart PC

5. Run driver as admin shut down off completely -- NO HOT SWAP HERE

6. Switch to Data port and switch USB to 2nd PC

7. Boot PC and run test
