DMA Card Installation

All software setup/installation is done on the secondary computer that is connected to the FPGA DMA card by way of USB! DO NOT install/setup this software onto the primary computer in which you installed the DMA Kings board into the motherboard's PCIe (x1 or above) slot. Installing files onto the wrong computer may result in detection.

  1. Change the following BIOS settings on the Gaming-PC

    • On Intel disable VT-d

    • On AMD disable IOMMU

  2. Download DMAKINGS_DRIVER.exe and Run as admin

  3. Select INSTALL

  4. You should see a Driver Install Success!

  5. Install the PCIe Bracket to the card

  1. Turn off the Gaming-PC and install the DMA Card

-> When installing/uninstalling the DMA Card you should always completely power off the PC.

  1. Install into PCIe Slot on your Motherboard, x4 or x16 Slot

  1. Insert USB-Cable 3.0 into the DMA Data Port

  2. Power on the DMA/Gaming-PC


Testing DMA Connection


  1. On the Second-PC Download Benchmark_Tool_-_v1.2.exe and run as Admin

  2. Type 1 and press Enter to run a Quick Benchmark Test

  • < 3000 speeds you will need to get a better USB Cable

  • >= 3500 speeds are average

  • >= 5000 speeds are optimal
